Due to the nature of my art being hand made and hand painted most products are made to order I will only accept exchanges for same product if damaged in transit. I do not give refunds on the items. I invest hours painting and texturing the pieces you order so please make your order carefully.

Digital FILES

Digital files are non refundable please make certain you purchase the ones you want. I have no way of knowing the file has not been opened and distributed. Therefore I do not allow refunds or exchanges on digital files.

It is my goal to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase but I cannot do it at the expense of refunding money for items I have spent hours hand painting. I strive to get everything correct when you place your order. So when placing order please do so carefully and ask questions when or before ordering.
